Website service information
This page explains the intended working boundaries for Saar’s one-page website service. A website estimate is informational and is not a contract, reservation, invoice, or charge.
Estimate and next step
The public estimator shows an initial price based on the options selected. Emailing Saar starts a conversation only. Before work begins, Saar will provide a separate written scope confirming the deliverables, one-time total, any optional monthly service, third-party costs, schedule, revisions, ownership, exclusions, and applicable policies.
Payment and cancellation
The current public website does not accept payment. A secure payment option will be supplied only after the exact scope and policies are confirmed. The intended cancellation direction is a full refund when Saar cancels or when the customer cancels before onboarding is submitted and production work begins. After work begins, any refund would account for completed work and approved nonrecoverable third-party costs. Transaction terms will be finalized before live payment is activated.
Schedule and revisions
The working target is 7–10 business days after complete usable content and required access are received. Missing materials, customer review time, and third-party approvals pause the schedule. The standard package includes two consolidated revision rounds requested within 10 business days of the first preview. Additional or out-of-scope changes require a new written price and approval.
Customer content and rights
The customer must provide accurate business facts and confirm that supplied names, logos, text, photographs, and other materials may legally be used. Saar may reject unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unsupported material. The customer approves factual accuracy before publication.
Onboarding and scope changes
Secure onboarding will be introduced separately after the production system is approved. The customer will supply the public business facts, content, visual direction, asset plan, public links, and domain status needed for the accepted one-page website. Onboarding answers do not add features or alter the accepted price; additional pages, complex commerce, memberships, custom software, custom artwork, or other changes require separate written review and approval.
Credentials and files
Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment or bank information, API keys, private keys, seed phrases, private account links, or confidential files by email. Account access should use a supported invitation, delegated access, or guided live process. Any future file service must use approved types, size limits, access controls, scanning, retention, and deletion procedures.
Domains, hosting, and third parties
Domains should remain customer-owned whenever possible. Registration, renewal, subscriptions, transaction charges, stock assets, and vendor costs are separate unless the accepted scope says otherwise. Third-party providers retain their own terms, availability, and approval rules. Saar documents the site and transfer path; optional upkeep does not remove the customer’s right to request a supported handoff.
Results and responsibility
Saar provides the accepted website deliverable and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, uninterrupted third-party services, or legal accessibility compliance. Final transaction, liability, dispute, tax, governing-law, and warranty language should receive qualified legal and tax review before live payment is activated.
