Website-service privacy notice
This notice describes how the current Saar Media Group website works while our secure customer systems are being completed.
What the public website does today
The site provides company information, representative examples, and an anonymous website estimator. It does not currently operate a contact form, accept payment, or collect onboarding files.
Anonymous estimator
Estimator selections and the resulting estimate are stored only in the visitor’s browser using local storage so the estimate can be restored on that device. The estimator does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, or other personal information, and it does not send selections to Saar or place them in the page address.
Email contact
The “Email Saar to start” option opens the visitor’s own email application with optional non-personal estimate details already entered. The visitor decides whether to edit or send that message. Saar receives only the information the visitor chooses to send by email. Contacting Saar about an estimate does not subscribe the visitor to marketing.
Payments and onboarding
The current public website does not accept payment and does not collect onboarding information or files. Before those capabilities are added, Saar will approve the provider, collection fields, access controls, retention rules, customer notices, and secure transfer process.
Analytics and advertising
No external analytics tag, Meta Pixel, advertising tracker, or audience-upload tool is active on the public website at launch. If measurement tools are added later, this notice will be updated to describe them before they are activated.
Credentials and sensitive information
Do not send passwords, verification codes, card or bank details, API keys, private keys, seed phrases, customer private data, or confidential files by email. Account access should use a supported invitation, delegated access, or guided live process. Saar will provide an approved secure method when files or sensitive access are needed.
Questions and updates
Privacy questions can be sent to info@saarmediagroup.com. This notice will be revised before Saar activates customer-data, payment, analytics, or advertising systems and should receive qualified review as those systems are introduced.
